This document describes the Ethos platform as built. It takes effect at public launch and any change will be dated here.
The service
Ethos plans, drafts, fact-checks, and publishes social content for your business, grounded in the brand record built from material you provide, on the channels you connect, under the plan you choose.
Your part
You confirm the material you provide is accurate and yours to use — your posts state the facts you gave us, so their truthfulness starts with you. You keep control: posts you approve publish; posts you discard don't.
Our part
We publish only per your plan and schedule, spend AI only under your plan's cap, route sensitive content through human review, and never state facts in your content that don't trace to your brand record.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on their secure page. Plan changes, payment details, and cancellation happen there; Ethos doesn't prorate or refund in-app.
Leaving
Pause posting any time — scheduled posts still publish, nothing new is created. Deleting your account ends the subscription and permanently erases your data, as described in the privacy document.
